"There are not enough good things I can say about my stay here. Although my stay was short, I thoroughly enjoyed my time here. The room I had was beautiful with a view of the garden and nature surrounding the minoh falls trail. The baths were clean and had supplies for a relaxing time provided. Yuki (one of the staff) was extremely accommodating and thoughtful, she made the stay really. I would highly recommend this to anyone. "

"I had a fantastic stay at this hotel and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The room design is thoughtful, modern, and incredibly comfortable. The bathtub is the perfect size and comfortably fits two people, which made it feel more like a private spa than a hotel room. One detail I really appreciated was the heated floors — such a small touch, but it made a huge difference, especially after a long day out. "Great location, excellent staff, very close to station, shops and restaurants. Would recommend a western bed rather than sleeping traditional style on the floor but that was totally our choice. Bath facilities downstairs are great and can book private couples baths. View was poor and aircons for building next door noisy through closed windows."
