The property
This fully-equipped studio has everything you need. You will enter via a keyless digital system to find a well-appointed living area with snacks and wine waiting for you. A dining area, set for two, is positioned near the kitchenette with a full-sized refrigerator and everything you need for whipping up a meal, or simply enjoying a cup of complimentary coffee or tea. A washer and dryer with provided laundry detergent will also help you feel right at home. Relax on the sofa and watch Disney+ or Netflix on the smart tv. In the spacious restroom, you will find a walk-in shower and large vanity fully stocked with essentials. The luxurious queen-size bed has crisp white linens and is ready for the perfect night's sleep. Outside, a patio set overlooking a fenced-in yard gives you an area to catch some sun's rays.

Guest Access
You will have complete, private access to your studio with kitchenette, living area, and restroom.

You will potentially share the parking area and the outdoor patio space with another guest in the adjacent unit.

The studio is detached from the main house, but is a duplex with another studio that has its own driveway and parking lot. You are free to come and go from the unit at any time and will do self check-in and check-out with a digital keypad.
