Located in the gated community of Briarwood, you'll be near shops and restaurants on Fifth Avenue and an easy drive from soft, sandy beaches and more attractions in Old Naples. South Florida's beautiful wilderness is easily accessible here - see panthers and more at the Florida Panther National Wildlife Refuge or go kayaking through mangrove forests and spot exotic birds, alligators, and more at Cape Romano - Ten Thousand Islands. Book an early tee time at Eagle Lakes Golf Club nearby to get your day off to an excellent start, then grab lunch in town and follow it up with some shopping and browsing art galleries on Fifth Avenue South. Head to the beach for an afternoon of sun and waves, and maybe bring a fishing pole to try for some fresh-caught dinner. Finish your day with some laughs at Old Naples Comedy Club before waking up and doing it all again.

The house has a fresh atmosphere and plenty of natural light. Making home-cooked meals is easy in the spacious kitchen, equipped with everything you're used to, including a coffeemaker and dishwasher for convenience. A few may sit at a small coffee table while there's room for a family-style dinner around the dining table. Head outside on hot days to make use of the screened patio. Sunbathe with a book in the lounge chairs and go for frequent dips in the private pool to cool off. There's a patio table and a gas grill out there.

One bedroom features dual bedside lamps, a cable TV, and a full private bathroom with a soaking tub, and another has private access to the pool area. Take care of any laundry with a private washer/dryer.

This vacation rental requires an HOA application to be completed and emailed back to us within three days of booking.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
