Spacious Home With Large Pool And Fabulous Outdoor Living Space

Our house is your house when you “get away from it all” and stay in our spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bath, Spanish style home with 2000 square feet decorated with beachy decor and a huge covered lanai outdoor pool area. When you are not at the beach you will definitely be lounging by the large inviting heated pool sipping on a cool drink! The pool is perfectly placed with southern exposure for sunshine all day. If you haven’t been to Marco before the beaches are amazing white sand beaches and we are just a short drive or bike ride (2 bikes provided) from the beach (2 miles). All of the beach essentials are provided. We have beach chairs, umbrella and coolers for you to use.

Our home has seaside décor and a great split layout with a large master suite on one end and 2 bedrooms and second bath at the other end. The master suite has a comfortable king bed. The second bedroom also has a comfortable King bed. The third bedroom has 2 twin beds that can be put together to make a king bed. There is a fantastic “indoor-outdoor living” floor plan with large sliding glass doors that open the home to the screened lanai and pool in the master suite, dining room and family room. You will enjoy the open concept kitchen and family room for family time together. The kitchen is well stocked with all the appliances, dishware, glassware, cookware and utensils you will ever need. (There is a Keurig, regular coffee maker, blender, juicer, mixer, crock pot and waffle iron!) The kitchen pass through window makes outdoor dining a snap. Cook your family steaks or fresh grouper from the market on the grill. The pool is an extra large 36 feet by 14 feet and is heated. Linens and towels are provided. Dogs are welcome and there is a fenced yard for them to play in.

You will enjoy the home’s convenient location. In addition to being a couple miles from the beach, the house is located in walking distance from the shops of Marco and excellent restaurants. Publix, Island liquors and Walgreens are just 3 blocks away. Marco island is an easy 45 minute drive from the Fort Meyers airport (RSW). When you are not enjoying relaxing by the pool you will find plenty to do nearby. Enjoy walking for miles and sea shelling on the islands breathtaking world class beaches. Head 2 miles east to Goodland Island where you will find marinas that rent all types of boats to explore the many picturesque islands and waterways. Check out Walker Coon Key marina where you can rent a pontoon and boat to your own personal beach for the day! On Goodland visit the Open air outdoor bars and grills. Explore the Everglades and Everglades City (30 minutes) which boasts air boat tours, canoeing and biking tours and alligator viewing at alligator alley. In Naples (25 minutes) you will find a spectacular botanical garden, fun zoo and great shopping. If you are looking for a great dinner check out Snook's Inn on Marco Island. For those people interested in wildlife, birding, ecology, birding...etc don't miss some of the tours at the Rookery Bay Learning Center. Also Collier-Seminole State park is only 7 miles away and offers canoe rentals in the Everglades for $5 per hour with all equipment. Great hiking too.
