The spacious primary suite includes an ensuite bath, walk-in closet, reading nook, and direct pool access. After a beach day, rinse off in the outdoor shower and unwind with dinner by the lake.

Pool safety: The pool is not enclosed by childproof gates or alarms by default, and usage is at your own risk. A removable mesh safety fence is available for families with young children — just let us know when you book or message us before arrival and we'll have it installed. It is not up by default (see photos), so if you don't request it, the pool area is open and unenclosed. Regardless of the fence, children should be actively supervised near the pool at all times.

Guest Access:

During your stay, you have complete access to the entire home, including the 2-car garage. The private pool and covered patio are all yours to enjoy at any time. You’ll also have access to the Crown Pointe community amenities—take advantage of the pool, gym, sauna, pickleball courts, tennis courts.

Interactions with Guests:

Five days before your arrival, we will send you a link to a digital guidebook filled with all the information you need for a seamless stay—everything from checking in and home essentials to local dining, activities, and insider tips to make the most of your Naples getaway. Other details to note:

Crown Pointe East Homeowners Association requires guests to complete an Application and provide a copy of a government-issued photo ID prior to check-in.

The HOA rules prohibit parking recreational vehicles, boats, or trailers in the driveway. Commercial vehicles may not be parked overnight.
