Construction of a new home 6 feet away. We were not informed of this. Portable toilet and cement mixer. Workers there 4 of the 5 days my family gathered to celebrate Easter. We were offered to move to another property but declined as we were already unpacked with family en route. Requested a substantial reduction in cost and was denied.

Easter Break

Spring Break Family Trip

The house was absolutely perfect for us. It looks even better than the pictures in the listing. There were beach chairs, beach towels, and bicycles for us to ride. It was close to everything we needed. We would love to go back there sometime!

Perfect family getaway spot

Wonderful house & pool with everything we needed for a family vacation. Bedrooms & bathrooms were set up for three families to have enough comfortable space of their own. Kitchen & open space worked well for us. Pool was great for introducing little ones to the water. Especially appreciated the bikes & beach equipment. Location worked well being close to beach, restaurants, grocery stores. Staff was very responsive as well.

Great property managers - good house

Everything was pretty much as shown in the picture. Very nice house, pool, etc. Property managers were excellent - extremely responsive and friendly. So quiet. For us the location was perfect although finding parking to get near the beach is difficult (it’s a 20 minute walk to the beach though so if you can walk then it isn’t a problem - we just had a baby and toddler).

Great Experience

We enjoyed our stay and the house worked well for our needs. A tv in one of the guest rooms would have been nice but not a huge deal. Location was great and we enjoyed using the bikes to cruise around.

Spring Break Stay

We had a great time and the house met our needs. It was clean and had enough supplies to get us started. The pool was the perfect size for us and was clean. There was plenty of stuff in the garage for us to take to the beach. My daughter and her friend used the bikes quite a bit to get to the beach, which is very close. A provided lock for the bikes would've been nice, but we just bought one and took it home. The grill was really old and rusted out on the inside, and there was no propane. We bought our own propane and we were able to make it work, but it should be updated. If we had an issue at all, the staff at LiveRight was awesome. They made sure that whatever we needed was taken care of immediately. Danielle and Kelly were great. Steve the maintenance guy was quick to resolve a minor toilet issue for us. Taylor worked with us and the owners to help extend my wife and daughters stay a couple extra days. They said that it is a family run business, and it really seemed like that. I would definitely rent from them and use this house again.

Minnesota Get Away

Great property, excellent location, close to the beach, shops, and dining. Had difficulty with the front door lock and two toilets. Property manager was very responsive and helpful. Have someone contact me regarding the plumbing. Thank you.

Great vacation house

We had a wonderful stay! The house was very clean when we arrived. The pictures showed carpets in the bedrooms but we were pleasantly surprised that the house was updated with vinyl flooring. We would definitely book again.

This is a mixed-feelings review.

I'm going to start with the CONS: upon arrival, there were workers painting parts of the house. This property was just not ready to rent, and the reservation was made months before. All windows were blocked (taped) and housekeeping was not complete for a stay. Another issue was this old lady who got into the property to turn off our speaker, literally. It was about at about 7:30 to 8 pm and it was not that loud. She knew how to get into the house! PROS: Great customer service. The team immediately got to work on getting the house ready and also offered a fair discount. The property manager showed up and talked to us and apologized for the situation. Same fast response the day of the issue with the old lady. Although we never knew what happened or who was that person. But they told us they would report the issue as the policy about low music volume takes place from 9 pm.

Perfect

This property was absolutely perfect for our family of 5 including 2 teenagers. We each had our personal space which was clean and comfy. The house had all the amenities we needed....well equipped kitchen, bikes and beach equipment, pool & spa (had immediate assistance from management for heating the spa). The boys said they could have had more pool "toys" but were content with what was there. I would have enjoyed cushions on the barstools and dining chairs. The large TV was great entertainment in the evening. We didn't want to leave....such a cute house and close to everything! Superb! We were happy campers!

We were very pleased with the property and the location. This was our visit to this area.

This was done quickly and communication regarding procedure was clear. The coded door made it simple for us to come and go. The only recommendation would be some material about the area as we knew nothing about Naples or surrounding area.

Sun, Sand, Water and Relaxing Space

The timely, responsive and easy rental process was a positive indicator of the week in this rental home. The home’s living space, outdoor screened pool and patio, bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious for our group of 4 adults and 3 children under 8 years old. The home’s location was convenient to the beach, shopping and restaurants. The owner provided many beach and pool items which were appreciated by all.

PARADISE IN NAPLES

Spacious well appointed home in the perfect neighborhood. Updated nicely. The decor is a calm sophisticated ocean theme. The pool and hot tub are great for entertaining kids and adults on vacation. The kitchen has all the equipment you need to feed your family. Bikes and pool toys. The location is ideal for all of the best Naples attractions. Very close to the Ritz for wonderful meals, the Vanderbilt Beach garage, the Mercato for shopping and dining. Will be back!

Short family getaway

The layout of the property was great. A bit of a transient neighborhood. House was clean, pool was great. The layout and amenities really worked for us (6 people overall). Kitchen was fairly well equipped. Would rent the property again.

Great Family Vacation

Nice property and good location

House clean and well appointed. Layout of bedrooms and baths worked well for our family and friends who visited. In the 500 block of Naples Park- very close to Vanderbilt Beach. The house came with 4 bikes and lots of beach equipment which was great. We liked the pool too. Only downside with pool were a few problems with heater which were promptly addressed. Since house on north side of street - not as much sun which necessitated more pool heating. However, overall it was still a very good stay. Property managers extremely responsive to questions/concerns. We plan to rent house again...
