Recently renovated, the apartment is equipped with every comfort, and the terrace with its annex is ideal for spending evenings in total relaxation, sheltered from the summer heat. The annex also features a fitness corner with an exercise bike and a yoga mat, for those who never want to miss a chance to stay in shape!



The 30-square-meter apartment is located on the first floor of a building equipped with an elevator and a ramp (please note there is one step at the entrance) and is laid out as follows:

Seven days before arrival, you will receive instructions on how to register your documents via our Guest Portal and how to pay the tourist tax. We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the information to the Alloggiati Web police service, which is the Italian procedure for registering guests in Italy.

The operation of air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, and Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: the average air temperature must not fall below 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The heating season and the daily operating time depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Naples Climate Zone C: 9 hours per day from November 22 to March 23.



Perfect for a peaceful stay, the Ponti Rossi neighborhood is a residential area built on a site known since ancient times: the legacy left by the Romans is, in fact, a section of an aqueduct from the Augustan era made of tuff and red bricks (from which the neighborhood derives its name). The area is easily accessible from Capodimonte Hill and nearby Piazza Carlo III via day and night bus routes. Its proximity to the airport (about 3 km) allows for easy access to the apartment either by taxi (10 minutes) or by public transportation (30 minutes). Just 10 meters from the apartment are bus stops for lines 184, 254, EAV, and R5, which provide convenient access to other parts of the city and the historic center. Essential amenities such as a café, supermarket, and pharmacy are located within 300 meters.
