RULES:

To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we kindly ask you to observe the following house rules:

+ Rule 1: No smoking inside the house, lanai is ok, as long as the sliding doors are closed
+ Rule 2: Quiet hours after 10 PM, please be respectful of our neighbors
+ Rule 3: Absolutely no parties or events
+ Rule 4: Pool rules, no children under the age of 14 unsupervised. Please only use the pool from 8:00 AM - 9:00 PM and be respectful of the neighbors
+ Rule 5: All guests must be registered, hosts MUST be notified if any visitors not registered as a guest.
+ Rule 6: Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper.

COMMUNITY AMENITIES:

If you plan to use any of the community's amenities, there is an additional $150 charge to activate the key fob. Amenities include:
