Wonderful Stay at Park Shore Resort

We had a fantastic stay at this very nice condo in Park Shore Resort! The unit was exceptionally clean, fully equipped, and felt recently updated with stylish and cozy interiors. The beds were super comfortable, and we really appreciated the attention to detail throughout the space.One of our favorite features was the screened-in balcony — perfect for relaxing outdoors without worrying about mosquitos or flies. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking, and although the washer and dryer were a bit older, they worked just fine (just a little noisy — no big deal).The resort itself is lovely, with a great pool and well-maintained surroundings. It’s also in a peaceful location, yet very conveniently close to the beach and shopping. A true gem!The host was very kind and easy to communicate with, making the experience even better. We would definitely book again. Highly recommended!

Loved my stay!

The property was clean, quiet, safe, and comfortable. The elevator enabled me to get all my luggage up to the third floor in one single trip which was awesome since I didn’t get in until midnight. I walked to the Venetian southward and Clam Pass Park Beach northward. Awesome location!

Great location

Park Shore Resort is a quaint complex located in downtown Naples. It is in close proximity to great shopping, restaurants and Old Naples. Unfortunately, the pictures on the VRBO site did not represent the current condition of the condo. It is extremely dated with old/ worn furnishings and limited storage if you are staying for the month. Our front screen door was missing a bottom kick plate and the kitchen was ill equipped. Overall, Lauren is a very good host and quickly addressed any issue we had including poor internet and limited cable TV.

Perfect spot!

Our family had a wonderful stay! The property came with all the perfect things for a family with small children- pool/beach toys, games and kids kitchenware. The location is wonderful with numerous restaurants nearby and not far from the beach. The owner was super responsive and quick to help with any questions! Highly recommend!

Things need to be inspected before new guest check in

It was good but the property need some work and things need to be filled out before guest coming For example there was no laundry detergent Some of the things going to the patio window were broken

Great place

Perfect location

This was a upgraded, extremely nice condo in the center of everything. Perfect pool. Decent restaurant on site and very close to several beaches. I actually went back 2 weeks later. But this unit was not available and the unit I stayed in in the same complex was nowhere near as nice. Very nice beach chairs, umbrella everything top of the line. This should be your first choice if you're gonna stay in this resort.

Lauren made everything easy and answered all my questions ahead of time. The place was perfect, in close proximity to the beach and nice shops and restaurants. There was everything that one would need for a beach vacation! We will definitely be returning.

Perfect for a family vacation

Check in was very easy, the condo was very clean and beautiful. Lauren definitely thought of everything, there were fans in every room and a pack and play for our 4 month old. Beach toys and chairs, towels for the pool, detergent for laundry, and toiletries for the bathroom just to name a few. The pool was very warm and my kids loved it. My daughter left her belt bag and Lauren had it delivered to us immediately. Above and beyond! Thank you Lauren we will be back!

Vacation

Property did not look like it was remodeled recently. Beds could use new mattresses. Still nice, just needs a touch up here and there. Stocked very well with dishes and pans. We would stay there again.

Great 4.5* stay in excellent location

My parents stayed here for 3 weeks and had a great time. The condo unit has everything you need and a great view of property from the deck. The owner is incredibly kind and available to answer questions. The condo / resort location is PERFECT. So close to shops and restaurants and attractions in Naples. The beach is less than 2 miles away. A nice pool and restaurant on site adds to the experience. The only negative is that the building and condos could use a slight refresh / update (screen doors, blinds). Recommend and would stay here again!

Pleasant, well-stocked condo

Good condo. Check-in ended fine after we caught an error: the staff person initially gave us the wrong keys and incorrect info about the location of our building (luckily we were in building G, not the one undergoing renovation and without an elevator). Nice kitchen that offered everything one could need. Plenty of beach equipment, extra blankets and towels, clean kitchen appliances, bathrooms, tables and countertops. Lovely, large lanai with a picturesque view. Very good location with many restaurants nearby. The drawbacks were minimal but we found the bed in the rear needing a new mattress, was dressed with thin sheets and had slightly mildewed pillows. (All the pillows could be “refreshed.” ) Also, the floors could have used a better cleaning which we learned when we mopped. Otherwise, the photos were accurate and everything was in working order and we enjoyed our stay. An aside: I don’t think it appropriate to ask departing guests to run the dishwasher as they leave. I wouldn’t leave an appliance like that turned on unless I was there.

We enjoyed our stay and found our condo and the resort itself met and even exceeded our expectation.

The owner of the condo Lauren was easy to communicate with and we enjoyed the unit it’s view of the property and the pool. The location was perfect, close to shopping, with a grocery store a minute away. We hope to return in the future .

Good stay

This was our first trip to Naples and we really enjoyed the visit. Everything was easy to get to from this condo. The grounds are beautiful and they did a nice job updating this unit. We had fun watching the turtles and ducks (we called them chicken-ducks) in the lagoon. The pool was very nice and we met the grounds maintenance manager Isaac and he made a GREAT recommendation for Cuban food. Hit it up if you like great food Ferdinand the Bull. It was nice having several beach chairs, umbrellas and cooler. (1 umbrella is completely damaged). There are pots, dishes and glasses (even wine glasses) I would recommend 1 or two serving bowls for salads and what not. Overall very nice accommodations.

Excellent spot!

Had a wonderful time at this condo! The weather was just unbelievable! Overall, we were very comfortable -we would definitely rent this place again. Would consider renting for a full month depending on cost.
