The house is in a gorgeous and peaceful family friendly part of Old Naples surrounded by beautiful trees and free from transit traffic and noise from landing air crafts. It is a 10 minutes’ walk to the beach and to the perfect setting for your family or corporate retreat.

MAIN FLOOR:
The main level features the master bedroom, with 2 walk-in closets and the master bathroom with separate sinks. It features a large living room + kitchen area connecting to the outside area with sliding doors making it possible to transform the area into one large inside/outside room. The gourmet kitchen has double dishwashers (Miele), double ovens (Viking), dual Sinks, coffee machine (Miele) and a gas stove (Viking). There are wooden floors, walk-in vine cellar, plasma television with surround sound and a laundry room.

POOL & GARDEN:
The outside area features a custom heated pool with sun shelf and custom heated spa. There is a covered outdoor relaxing/TV area with a gas fireplace as well as a covered dining area overlooking the pool. There is an outdoor kitchen with a gas grill (Viking), refrigerator and water sink. Electric screens can be pulled down protecting the outside area from mosquito's at night.

UPPER FLOOR:
The upper level features four bedrooms with King size beds, where two of the rooms have wooden floor, their own suite bath and two of the rooms share a suite bath, but has walk-in closets. There is a balcony with sitting area outside and a TV/relaxing area inside plus laundry room.

OTHER
The house has a two-car air conditioned auto garage with plenty of storage and the fastest internet speed accessible in Naples (WIFI). The house is built in concrete blocks with smoke detectors. There is a small gym and a ping-pong table in the garage.
