Your Naples getaway begins in this two-story townhouse designed for comfort and convenience.



* Main Floor: A bright, open living and dining area is perfect for gathering after a day in the sun. The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare everything from quick beach snacks to fresh Gulf seafood dinners. A half bath, laundry, and garage access add everyday ease.



*Upstairs: Both bedrooms are located on the second floor, each featuring a queen bed and private en suite bathroom. One bath offers a walk-in shower, the other a tub/shower combo. The primary bedroom opens to a Juliette balcony that looks over the lanai and it is screened so it can be kept open in cooler weather to let in fresh breezes.



*Outdoor Living: Enjoy peaceful garden and shuffleboard views from the screened lanai, perfect for evening cocktails or a quiet read in the warm Florida breeze. There is outdoor dining for four, two outdoor rocking chairs and a small café set with dining for two . A outdoor TV completes the experience.

This booking and reservation are contingent on the signing of a lease and HOA paperwork and approval. Access to the property cannot be given until HOA approval is received prior to your move in along with the second payment, no exceptions. There are the additional fees NOT INCLUDED IN THIS RESERVATION AND MUST BE PAID SEPARATELY.



Please allow 30 days for processing. A representative of Mike Z Rentals LLC will reach out after the reservation is made to help facilitate all of the required paperwork and to answer any further questions you might have. Items required for approval include background of drivers license.



This is a self check in property and all guests who are fully paid with HOA approval will receive access instructions prior to arrival. 30 days minimum for each lease by association rules, no exceptions!
