The apartment was clean and spacious, but it was not quite as advertised. The air conditioning did not work properly and only blew warm air. The apartment became so hot that we had to purchase a fan for our second night and freeze wet towels just to be able to sleep comfortably the first night.We contacted the host about the issue, but unfortunately received minimal assistance or solution during our stay. We also requested reimbursement for the fan we had to buy because of the non-functioning AC, but never received a response or even an apology.The bathroom was another disappointment. The shower was very small and not particularly clean. The shower head was missing, leaving only a hose for the water, and the height adjustment bracket was broken as well.Had the hosts communicated better and made an effort to address these issues, we would have rated our stay more favorably. However, the lack of communication and support was disappointing and negatively impacted our experience.
