A refined, recently renovated apartment that is very bright thanks to its many windows and equipped with every comfort to accommodate 2 people. The apartment is located on Via Cimarosa, in the heart of Vomero, a quiet residential area perfect for all types of travelers, as it is well-connected to the rest of the city via the Vanvitelli metro line (450 meters away) and, at the same time, full of cultural attractions and local spots. Castel S. Elmo, the highest point in the city, is just a few minutes away.



The 60-square-meter apartment is located on the fifth floor of a building with a doorman and an elevator, and is laid out as follows:



- Kitchenette equipped with a gas stove, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, moka pot, dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster, conventional oven, and microwave

- Living room with a sofa bed, dining table, and TV

- Bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe, and TV

- Bathroom with toilet, bidet, and shower stall

- Balcony.



Additional amenities available to guests: UNLIMITED FIBER-OPTIC WIFI, heat pump heating, air conditioning vents throughout the apartment, washing machine, drying rack, iron, and ironing board.

Towels and bed linens included (with optional changes available for a fee).

Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

ESummer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The heating season and the daily operating time depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Naples Climate Zone C: 9 hours per day from November 22 to March 23.
