Just 15–20 minutes from downtown Naples and white-sand beaches, it’s the perfect getaway for families and groups seeking comfort, fun, and unforgettable memories.
The space
Welcome to your home away from home in beautiful Naples, Florida. Our two-story, 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom house was designed to give families and groups both space and comfort.

Inside, you’ll find two separate living rooms: one downstairs featuring a pool table and large TV for games and movie nights, and another upstairs offering a cozy retreat for quiet relaxation. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, with a breakfast bar, dining space, and direct access to the outdoor patio.

Each bedroom is thoughtfully designed with comfort in mind. The master suite features an en-suite bathroom, while the remaining bedrooms include a mix of king, queen, and twin beds to suit families and groups. Fresh linens, plenty of pillows, and extra blankets are provided.

The outdoor space is where the fun begins. Step into your private backyard oasis with a sparkling pool, hot tub, and plenty of seating areas for lounging or dining. The covered patio includes a barbecue grill, making it perfect for alfresco meals. A firepit with comfortable seating offers the ideal spot to gather in the evenings under the stars.

For extra relaxation, hammocks are set up in the front yard under the trees, creating a peaceful escape. Whether you’re enjoying morning coffee, reading a book, or simply taking a nap, it’s a perfect hideaway.

The home also comes stocked with beach gear, towels, and essentials so you can head to Naples’ world-famous beaches with ease.
Guest access
Guests have full private access to the entire house, including all 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, living spaces, kitchen, and laundry area. Outdoors, you’ll enjoy exclusive use of the pool, hot tub, barbecue grill, patio dining area, and firepit. Hammocks in the front yard are also available for your relaxation.

For your safety and comfort, a maintenance person lives in a separate part of the property with two friendly security dogs. This area is completely private from the guest space, so your stay remains undisturbed. Our office operates Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM, and is not part of the guest area, but we’re always available through the chat to answer questions or assist.
Other things to note
A few important notes to ensure a great stay:
– All guests must be registered before arrival; minors must be accompanied by someone over 25.
– No parties without prior approval (48 hrs notice). Quiet hours are 10 PM–7 AM.
– No smoking indoors. Evidence of smoking inside will result in a $500 fine.
– No glass in the pool area. Pool/hot tub heating is available for an extra fee.
– Please do not move the barbecue (extra cleaning fee applies if moved).
– Parking is only allowed in designated areas — no parking on the grass.
– Please keep white towels indoors; blue towels are provided for pool use.
– No pets allowed (service animals welcome with prior notice).

For your comfort:
– Beach gear, fresh linens, and plenty of towels are provided.
– Trash is collected Mondays & Thursdays; bins are in front of the garage.
– We’re always available via chat for anything you need during your stay.
