We had a very nice stay in this beautiful apartment. The location is great with a wonderful view of Vesuvius and the water. It is conveniently located with nice neighborhoods to explore. A few minor concerns: the wifi was just ok, we could have used some more instructions for the appliances and the home, the antique furniture is beautiful but, because it is old, there were some issues.

Beautiful Views. Stunning views. Lovely grand old residence. And that is the problem, it is old. Antiques galore, but no comfortable chairs. We were afraid to use the tables for fear of wrecking the tableclothes. The chairs, other than the ones at the tables, were very low. The tall ceilings are stately, but because there are no soft coverings, folks in the bedroom can hear the water running in the kitchen. We found the beds to be uncomfortably hard, as were the pillows. One bathroom has a very deep tub - it would be great for soaking but even our 6’5” companion had a hard time getting in and out. The shower in the other bathroom is small and the drain is very very slow- standing in a deep puddle slow.Opening the doors in the living room creates a beautifully refreshing breeze. It’s nice there are electronic shutters that operate quietly to block the hot morning sun and morning traffic. Did I mention the view? Outstanding!There are 2 cafes located on the ground floor and they begin setting out their tables and chairs before 7am.There are several restaurants a short walk away that offer deliciousness at reasonable prices. Beautiful church bells can be heard throughout the day.We were not aware the street below the living room is being replaced when we booked several months ago. Having a washer and a dryer is a plus. Instructions in English would be helpful - even just knowing where to take the trash would be a plus.

Had to come back

Six years ago we stayed at this gorgeous apartment with friends of ours and we loved it so much we just had to book it again on our return trip to Italy. The wonderfully appointed apartment overlooks the Gulf of Naples with breathtaking balcony views of Mt Vesuvius, the Isle of Capri, and Sorrento. Numerous restaurants and casual places to eat are conveniently located within walking distance as is the Molo Beverello port where you can get tickets for ferries or hydrofoils to the Amalfi Coast (Positano), the Island of Ischia, Sorrento, Capri and more. The property manager, Annalisa is amazing, going out of her way to help us with anything we needed. This is also one of the few apartments we've stayed at in Italy that has both a washer and dryer.I highly recommend this apartment if you're staying in Naples.

Fantastic apartment

Things could not have been better. Pre-arrival communications with Linda were quick and efficient. The apartment was immaculate when we arrived. Annalisa was so helpful and responded so quickly to our questions. The view, the ocean breeze, the neighborhood convenient to everything. The entire experience was delightful and we recommend this apartment while-heartedly!

Amazing

The views alone is worth the stay! The apartment sits at the gulf of Naples over looking Capri, Sorrento, Pompeii and Vesuvius. Many restaurants, pubs and shopping in walking distance as well as ferry transportation. Large spacious rooms, nice kitchen, 2 bathrooms and washer & dryer. Coffee/pastry restaurants just outside the front entrance. Nothing but spectacular and if traveling through Naples I'll want to rebook.

Loved the stay

The apartment was immaculate and conveniently located to shopping and the port. Annalisa was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Building is secure with on site security. Definitely check it out if you’re heading to Napoli.

Beautiful apartment, spacious with gorgeous view

Firstly, the location is wonderful and the views are spectacular! There are minimal steps (it’s on the second floor) and it has a clothes DRYER!! None of the other places we stayed had one. We were a family of 6 and had plenty of room. The only problem we had is it had central “air” which did not cool the apartment… AT ALL. All of us were terribly uncomfortable all night, every night. It was miserably hot. Not sure if it was because is was so hot outside that the system couldn’t keep up(it was July), but we had been in Italy 2 weeks and the other VRBOs we stayed at had no problem cooling the areas. This was our only complaint. Otherwise the apartment was wonderful.

Even better than we expected!

This is a beautiful apartment in a lovely part of Naples. Check in was easy. We felt very safe and comfortable as a family of 4 in this very beautiful and spacious apartment. It was such a luxury to have a kitchen, a doorman and a washer. If I ever get back to Naples I would be so lucky to stay here again. 100% satisfied and then some!!

Lovely, spacious apartment that easily accommodated 5 adults. And what a pleasant surprise to have it decorated for Christmas. The tree was an extra special treat for my family and I. Great location within walking distance to anything you need.

Look no further!!

After waiting over 3 years to finally stay at this amazing apartment in Naples, it was everything we hoped for. It is centrally located, clean, and the accommodations are spot on. The best part? The view every morning of the sun rising over the Bay of Naples and Mt. Vesuvius. Would not hesitate booking this wonderful apartment again.

Best of Naples

The location of and view from this property can’t be beat. Sitting in the living room with the window open, curtains blowing in the breeze, sounds from the street and view of the water is so relaxing and you feel immersed in Naples. The unit itself is very nice. Great to have two bathrooms, kitchen and laundry. The dryer is a bit challenging and we ended up just air drying our clothes after hours in the dryer. The beds are a bit firm also but that seems to be the norm in Italy. The housekeeper is a sweetheart and responds quickly to texts. She was very helpful. A friend recommended this unit to us and we will recommend to others.
