One of those boats might be yours since you’re only a short boat ride away from the white sand beaches of undeveloped tropical islands and from Marco’s dockside restaurants.

As you make your way inside of the condo, the feeling of both serenity and luxury follows you. The precisely decorated interior is enhanced by natural light through the arched walls of the balcony and enormous windows surrounding both the living and dining room. The wooden dining room table looks out at clusters of palm trees just beyond the balcony. The kitchen, with its granite island counter, is filled with all the modern appliances and cookware you need to cook a five-star meal or a laidback barbeque to enjoy on the balcony.

The bedrooms are decorated with all the colors of paradise, including sand- and ocean-colored walls and boat deck-inspired wood flooring. The master suite, in particular, gives you direct access to the main balcony and contains an en suite bathroom featuring a bathtub and glass-enclosed shower. The other bedrooms feature windows to let in the fragrant night air off Smokehouse Bay.
