Thanksgiving Family Weekend

This is a charming property with a very lovely back yard. It was a short drive to the beach to watch the sunset. There were six of us staying in the house and there was plenty of space. The property manager was very responsive to our questions and went out of his way to ensure we had a good experience. We would stay here again.

Beautiful getaway!

We had so much staying here for our mini family getaway. Unfortunately due to hurricane Ian the beach was closed, but we made the best out of our time using the pool and hot tub in the backyard. We had so much fun spending our days in the back, and playing games at night. Patrick was such a great host! He answered all my questions instantly. Would definitely go back again.

Excellent Location!

Love the location, short walk to Vanderbilt Beach. House is very well decorated, just bring your tooth brush and clothing :) Great communication with owner. The pool is amazing. The Jacuzzi did not heat, but the owner immediately tried to fix the issues.

Kind & responsive owner, aging property

While the location of this property was good in that it is in close proximity to Vanderbilt Beach and Mercato, this property wasn't for us. We selected this home for the pool and spa, since we are not going to public places much during the outbreak. When we got there, the pool pump wasn't working and there was no water in the spa. We contacted the owner who was very nice and responsive, and he had someone come out and take a look, but they did not fix the problem. It took almost 2 days to fully resolve the issue (my husband identified an electrical issue), and we encountered a lot of lost pool time. The home was clean, but quite stuffy and smelled strongly of musty air and air fresheners. I washed the blankets in my daughter's room before using because there was something crusty (boogers?) on it when we got there. The home generally needs more oversight and TLC because it has the potential to be nice - it would probably be a dream for a group of bachelors who want to party at Mercato and poolside or something like that. I wanted to give a glowing review in good faith because the owner was so so kind, but hopefully the feedback helps because he might not realize the state of his property since other people are looking after it.

Please right place for teenagers and adults

Love this property location proximity to beaches dining and overall Southwest Florida experience. The three bedrooms in the overall use of space it's very creative enjoyed by our different age groups. It was very nice to be able to use the pool and the hot tub and control the temperatures!

Hidden Oasis

This vacation rental exceeded our requirements for our short stay in Naples. Great Location. Short drive to both Sanibel and Marco Island. Whole Foods is right down the block, which was great. We cooked most of the time due to COVID. The neighborhood is great. It is very clean, quiet, children and dog friendly. The unit was well equipped with most things we needed for cooking. The unit itself was very functional and very well cleaned. The backyard was great with heated pool and hot tub. It was a bit too cold for the pool, but the hot tub was great after a day of exploring. Our host Patrick was very accommodating. He checked in on us to make sure everything was up to par, and that we had everything we needed. He even allowed us a late checkout because the unit was not rented the day we were checking out, and had the cleaning crew come later in the day.

Great Getaway

The rental was just what 4 sun-deprived Michiganders were looking for! We enjoyed cooking in the beautiful kitchen and much time by and in the pool. The pool and hot tub were great by the end but not working 100% while we were there. Still, Paul was extremely responsive when we needed something. We liked the layout and the two bathrooms and great beds. Favorite place we ate in the area was Agave for Mexican. The house is in a very quiet location but near to many things. We took convenient trips to the Everglades, lovers key state park, and other natural areas. Thank you for a memorable stay!!!

Relaxing

Updated cottage in a quiet neighborhood

Very clean cottage decorated with a fun beachy theme. Needs some attention in the kitchen and pool areas. Owner was very responsive to an immediate concern while we were there. Overall, a great place to vacation!

A beautiful house in a very nice neighborhood. Clean and renovated house with awesome amenities!

My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon and we could not have loved it any more! The house was very clean upon our arrival and we were very impressed with the modern finishes and furnishings. We especially loved the leather couches, open kitchen area, the two flat screen TV's and the two separate refrigerators! The back yard is amazing as well. The pool was a little warm during the day due to sun exposure and the hot tub was lacking strong jets. The pool liner also needs some repair. Other than that, it is a great outdoor space. We loved the beach decor, all the dining areas and the in house laundry. This was a wonderful home away from home for us that we will definitely consider visiting in the future and will recommend to friends and family!

Great layout, well situated and nicely taken care of.

The three bedroom and two bathroom layout was perfect for our family of five. We all really enjoyed the open kitchen to living room design. The kids loved the pool that warmed up even though it was unseasonably cool overnight and after Paul talked me through the pool controls. The location is perfect - close to shopping and the beaches without being near any traffic. I'd highly recommend this for a family of four or five. Thanks Paul.

Stunning Getaway location

We had a fantastic time at this location. It was tastefully decorated with beautiful art and furniture. The kitchen was full size with all the dishes, pans and extras needed to cook up a fantastic meal. The bedrooms were roomy and the beds super comfortable. We didn't spend too much time in the backyard, preferring going to the beach but there was lots of seating, shade and places to relax. The beach is still a bit far for a walk but we had a car and it was fast and convenient to get there. There is lots of shopping and restaurants close to this location. We were pleasantly surprised at how clean and tidy everything was at our arrival. We would choose to vacation here again. Paul was very friendly and got back to us ASAP with any questions or concerns.
