* This house comes with all the essential family amenities, from nice linens and towels to an in-unit washer and dryer for your laundry needs.

* The main entrance leads to an open concept area with a gourmet kitchen equipped with granite counter tops, fully-equipped kitchen and everything needed for a fantastic stay.

* Along side the kitchen is a rectangular dining table that offers seating for six.

* The main living area features a new 75" LG 4K Smart TV (Netflix, Pandora capable) along with Comcast X1 cable which offers over 220 channels and Comcast's most advanced WiFi speed for blazing internet.

* Continue through to the patio doors and you will find a large outdoor area equipped with patio furniture and BBQ grill.

* The spacious master bedroom boasts a king size bed, walk-in closet, en suite bathroom and 55" smart TV.

* Guest Bedroom #1 offers a queen size bed and spacious closet..

* Guest Bedroom #2 features 2 twin beds and spacious closet.

* In addition, we provide shampoo and body wash in all baths; beach towels, beach chairs (4), and a beach umbrella; 2 bikes - bike at your own risk.

* Wiggins State Park pass provided free of charge - which gives you a free access to the famous Park & Beach and free parking !!!

Incredible stay, perfect for families!

This house was amazing! Incredible location, closeby to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. The pool at this property was top notch. We used it every day and it was perfect for our 1.5 and 3.5 year olds with the swim ledge and the pool deck that never got hot in the sun. The house was perfect for our family (4 adults, two kids) with plenty of sleeping space and a kids pack and play, high chair, and stroller all available at the property! The bikes were also a plus! Both property managers were so helpful and got back to us right away - the communication was great. The only negatives we had were that the shower head pressure seemed a little hard and we would have liked more seating in the living room by the TV since we all couldn't fit on the couch. Highly recommend this property, we can't wait to visit again!

Fabulous stay

We had a wonderful week at this amazing property. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and beach amenities provided. It was the perfect spot for our family with 2 young children (age 4 and 8 months). The property had a pack n play and high chair which made travelling lighter and was greatly appreciated. The property owners were easily reachable and accommodating. Would highly recommend to friends and family and hope to return.

2025 Spring Break

We spent 6 days 5 nights at the house. It was a special oasis after long days on a number of close beaches that we got into thanks to the hosts pass, shopping and hanging with the locals. This prime location was great for us as we hit 4 differnt beaches, shopped from 5th Ave to 3rd St and enjoyed some high end steakhouses near by. The hosts were very responsive and the house was more than advertised.

Great Stay

All I coild say is wow. Amazing stay from start to finish. Katherine and Arthur were amazing hosts. Their attention to detail was excellent, anytime we called them they answered no matter the time or day. I would definitely stay again. Thank you guys for the amazing hospitality.

Beautiful home in Naples Park, FL - Our family loved our stay, just perfect!

We loved our stay here at this absolutely beautiful home in Naples Park, FL! Everything was perfect- very clean, beautiful renovation that was done very well with up to date interior decorating! The pool was perfect - day or night just beautiful! All around it was just right for our family! We visited the beach 1 day, but for the most part we were happy to enjoy this home and relax by the Beautiful kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms! Very relaxing and we felt at home! Hope to come and stay again! April 2023

Spring Break Getaway

We recently had a lovely stay at Happyours! We chose this place because of the location and the saltwater pool. The pool was a great temperature and had a large shelf for lounging. Also, at night it was lit up bright blue which was great for the backyard ambience. I really appreciated all the little things that were supplied: basic spices, coffee pods, garbage bags etc. so we didn't have to shop for all those items. The place was very clean upon our arrival. The beds were comfortable. We also enjoyed having bikes to use for riding to the beach or just getting some exercise. All in all, it was a great place to stay!

Great location and beautiful home.

This is the second time we have stayed in one of this owners’ homes and once again we had a wonderful experience. The home is beautiful, the pool is spectacular and we had everything we needed. We had great communication with the owners when we arrived and departed and knew that they were available throughout our stay…though we encountered no concerns and there was no need to do so:) We will definitely look for dates to return again.

Perfect Start to the New Year!

We would definitely reccomend this property. We already have reccomeded it to our family and friends and we will definitely be back. Owners of the property we very attentive when we arrived. Property was well stocked, very clean and the location is great. The pool is newly renovated and wonderful to sit around to soak up the sun during rhe day and the pool lights for the evening are beautiful and create a fun atmosphere. The house has beach chairs, bikes, paddleboards...everything needed for a great beach day. Katherine and Arthur. Thank you for sharing your property with us and making our stay such a great experience.

Property was exactly what we needed after our Naples home was severely impacted by hurricane Ian. Both Arthur and Katherine were extremely responsive with the few questions we had upon getting settled in their lovely home. Everything was very clean and well stocked. It was a lovely stay.

Must stay place best we have seen!!!!!!

What a great find! Excellent accommodations. The house was extremely clean and perfectly stocked with everything you could possibly need. The heated salt water pool is fantastic. Backyard is very private. We loved the location, very close to the Delnor-Wiggins and Vanderbuilt beaches. We also loved how close this house is to the Mercato for restaurants and shopping. So awesome that Katherine and Arthur give you a free parking pass for the State Park! (It’s so close too!) The pass to Delnor Wiggins was put to good use, sometimes multiple times per day. We really appreciated the beach amenities, like the umbrella, chairs, cooler, and towels. The owners go above and beyond to make your stay the best ever. We would highly recommend staying at the house and will likely rent from them again next year.

Highly recommended

Spacious rooms, with good decor and with lots of supplies - all you need for a stay in Naples. Well located for beach, shops and good selection of restaurants. Owners were very helpful and communication was excellent. One slight disappointment was that there was only one hairdryer for a 3 bed house .

Naples trip 6-6-22

Place was as advertised, Katherine and Arthur were great to deal with. We had no issues and the pool temperature was great all week. Good location and having the park pass was very helpful for going to beach and finding a parking spot. The house and yard were very clean including the grill. One of the best places we've stayed in Naples.
