The hotel is lovely, new, clean. Staff are so kind and wonderful, they let us check in earlier than we had advised and were very considerate to our needs. Hotel is super clean, new, well looked after. The building has a very old lift (over 100 years old) and needs 20 euro cents - something to keep in mind if you have a lot of bags - have some change on you. Local area is fine, not great, but very close to Napoli Centrale station!

The property itself was awesome!! I loved that you get a nice modern hotel feel, but in a historic building that was just beautiful!! The staff was very kind and helped to get me checked in and make sure I didn't have any questions. The only downside is no option for a late checkout or a place to stay, which is a bit of a bummer when there are storms.

The property itself was really nice. Upgraded rooms, comfortable beds, in room AC, and quiet. Vincenzo was very helpful and friendly even with the language barrier. Overall great stay. Located within walking distance of the train station as well as the historical part of Naples.

This property was great for the short stay we had in Naples. Unfortunately Naples wasn’t what we were expecting and the conditions outside the hotel were very dirty and unkept. There were large piles of trash all over the sidewalk and everyone aside from the staff at the suits were very rude to tourists. We found it very difficult to find any place for breakfast in the area, even a quick sandwich was hard to come by, and we quickly realized that not all restaurants are open all days of the week like they are in Rome and Florence. The hotel staff were very nice and accommodating and shared some great recommendations however the spots they shared were very busy and without being able to make a reservation we weren’t able to take them in. We also had an issue with the room across the hall flooding due to the Jacuzzi in their room and woke up at midnight to large quantities of water in the hall and in our room. Luckily we noticed before the water reached any of our belongings but we ended up nocking on other guests doors to figure out where the water originated to ensure it was shut off. With a guest house like this you don’t have management onsite which makes dealing with these issues more difficult as we felt it was our responsibility to ensure our own belongings didn’t end up getting water damage and had to wake up other guests. With someone onsite it would have been much easier to ensure this didn’t take place from the beginning.

Perfect place in Naples with the family
Everything about this hotel was perfect. The location to the central station which was a short walk away was fantastic for our day trips out of Naples, the urban trains for getting around the city and the main intercity trains. We were welcomed by Gennaro who showed us to our room. He explained everything we needed to know and made us feel comfortable right away. As a family of four with one nine year old and one 13 year old, the room was a perfect size with two beds and a nice bathroom. The hotel was great for Centro Storico which was a good place to be near as our main base. There were a lot of places to eat, too. The thing to be aware of is the accessibility. The bathtub was very high. Not a problem for us. There’s also a step to enter the building. Wonderful stay- nice, clean and modern interiors.

What a great location. Just a few blocks from the train station. So many food options. The best pizza (Pizzeria de Michele’s) is just 4 blocks away. The manager will do anything to make sure your happy.

Secteur extrêmement sale et bruyant mais heureusement notre chambre donnait sur une cour intérieure alors c’était tranquille. Lit un peu trop dur à notre goût. Bon emplacement pour visiter Naples, à pied, en bus ou en métro.

Fantastic Stay
Excellent stay, very close to the train station and the Centro Storico. Apartment very clean and Gennaro at the front desk, who welcomed us, was amazing. Super friendly, lots of recommendations and Gennaro and Miriam (manager) even let us off with an extra fee as the booking had incorrect amount of guests by accident. Very spacious apartment, clothes steamer in room, modern bathroom, comfy bed and great view over the street with a private balcony. Would stay here again.

Very beautiful and spacious room, however we paid extra for the hot tub in a room not knowing it takes approximately 2hours to fill it (the flow of water is extremely slow) The noise on the street is extremely loud even with the windows closed and the A/C running (bring earplugs !) Also if you need something and no one is at reception, you can communicate via whatsapp, but unfortunately it takes a long time before they answer ( /- 3-4 hours…)

They are a self-described "guesthouse" (not a hotel), and this is accurate- nice option for those comfortable not having reception available in person 24/7 (although there were always available via text if needed). When we checked in, staff were very helpful getting us oriented to the city in terms of layout, transportation, and tourist attractions. The guesthouse is located on the 3rd floor of a building so it feels quiet and safe compared to the busy main street below it. The rooms were clean with nice bathrooms. It's a simple 10 minute walk from the main train station so made travel to/from/around the area easy. It's also about 3 minutes away from the famous Pizzeria da Michele- one of our favorite nights was waiting in line and bringing the pizza back. We would stay again/recommend.

Très bien
Très bien situé à proximité de la gare et du cours Garibaldi, mais sur une rue passante et bruyante, mais heureusement le double vitrage est excellent. Nous avons été extrêmement bien accueillis. Seul point négatif, notre lit double était de petite dimension.

Very pleasant with my stay
Super friendly and welcoming staff, and a greatly convenient location both near the trains and the ferries. The room itself was also very clearn and equipped with everything needed.

Best sleep in Naples
This hotel is the perfect get away. It's on a main strip but someone you feel nicely tucked away. Balcony views are amazing. The rooms are spacious, modern and very comfy. The pillows are honestly the best I've slept, even from home! Love this place and atmosphere, I will definitely book here again when I come to Naples

This hotel is a catfish it’s in a dirty area the pictures are not up to date. Miss communication and was never around to help. The bedding was literally just a sheet.

Clean and Comfortable
Good location, 5-minutes walk from Napoli Centrale / Garibaldi station (safer walking route than from Porta Nolana station). Walkable to the old town’s main street, Via Tribunali, about 20 minutes away. The street in front of the hotel had pedestrians even at night, so it seemed quite safe. There is a lift to the rooms, so we didn’t need to carry our luggage up the stairs. The room is bright and white (way better than the dull sepia pictures on Hotels.com!), with tv and good wifi. The toilet was small but clean, with hairdryer, shampoo & shower gel, thick white towels (but not enough hooks for 2 people to hang their clothes / bath towels). 2 bottles of water in the fridge were FOC. No facial tissues, kettle or toothbrush/ toothpaste (but this seems the norm in Italy hotels). Front desk is not 24/7, but it was easy to communicate with them using WhatsApp. We were given a bulky bunch of 4 keys (to the street entrance, to the Gallery Suite Naples front desk foyer, to our room, and to the room’s safe).

Luxury guest house
The room is like a trendy, luxurious boutique hotel. For the price, you really cannot complain! Some rooms face a busy, main st so bring your ear plugs!

We liked the location (very walkable to the train station and historic areas).The issues we had with our beautifully appointed room were that the hot-tub didn't work (or we couldn't figure it out), there was a lot of air freshener coming from the closet space, and our mattress was really firm. One other thing worth note was that there was a lot of loud music and vibration coming from somewhere nearby...but this is to be expected in a bustling city. The decor is fabulous, the staff were friendly, and we really enjoyed our stay.
