Charming 3/2 Home in gated community of Briarwood with large private pool

  • The spacious Master Suite has a king bed, walk-in closet and en-suite shower and bathroom with his and her wash basins. The beautiful Floridian style second bedroom has a queen bed and shares a bathroom with the third bedroom which has an additional two twin beds.

    No expense has been spared on this luxurious home, from the crown molding at the ceiling level to the gorgeous vinyl flooring. It's very inviting living area with an open great room floor plan, formal dining area, fully equipped kitchen and informal breakfast nook all lead to its spacious pool area. Poolside we have a large lanai where you can relax at the table or on one of the 4 chaise loungers, enjoy a BBQ on the gas grill and watch the sunset through the palm trees.

    Televisions are located in the living room and Master Suite and both guest bedrooms to accommodate everyone's entertainment desires.

    Situated in the beautiful gated community of Briarwood, you are conveniently located to enjoy the beaches, waterways, golf, shopping and the unique natural wonder of the Everglades and all that South West Florida has to offer.

Beautiful neighborhood

We had a wonderful time. House was clean and well stocked. Pool was nice and warm. Neighborhood was beautiful, excellent for morning walks. Close to Naples Pier Beach. Would stay again.

We had a wonderful stay and we couldn’t have asked for a more comfortable and well-equipped place. The beds were exceptionally comfortable with high-quality. The towels felt luxurious and “new”. The home was stocked with so many thoughtful amenities that made our stay easy and relaxing, everything we needed was already there. It was clear the hosts paid attention to the little details that truly made a difference. The space was clean, cozy, and welcoming, and we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. Overall, the home exceeded our expectations, and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and a stress-free stay. We have been coming to Florida for many, many years and this home has been our best find yet!

March Escape

Had a great 4 week stay in March! Home was clean, well stocked and spacious. Appreciated the use of garage, beach chairs and umbrellas. The pool had sun all day, which was great for the days we didn’t go to the beach or for hanging out afterwards. The neighborhood was beautiful and great for walking, we felt very safe and comfortable. Having never been to Naples before, we were very pleased with the convenient location and how easy it was to get to downtown, nearby grocery stores and shopping. The hosts provided us with timely and informative communications about the house and our stay. Loved Naples and would definitely book again!

It is within 15 minutes of everything we wanted to do! Beaching it, shopping, dining sight seeing! The common area in Briarwood had pickle ball courts, tennis court and sand volley ball! We were able to take a 3 mile walk in the am with our dog and chat with many friendly people in the neighborhood!

The pool was amazing to come home to after a long day at work. The house was immaculate when arrived. The hedge provided privacy without making it feel like we were shut off from the world. We absolutely loved out stay and it was in a perfect location in Naples. Not too far in either direction to local shops and food. We are already talking about coming back to Naples on Vacation and we will for sure be using CNE! Kim and Nicole were very responsive and helpful with all our reservation needs! Highly Recommend the House as well as Kim

The house was exactly like the photos, clean and well stocked. Kim was pleasant to deal with and answered all of our questions promptly and professionally. I especially appreciated that she left a brand-new HP printer when I told her I would be working in the house remotely – that was an amazing surprise. She even sent reminder emails on trash collection days, which was appreciated. Highly recommend the house as well as Kim as a host-manager.

Wonderful house and hosts

The property was fantastic. We loved the layout, pool, briarwood amenities and neighbors. The host was excellent and quick and responsive.
