"I was very pleasantly surprised by how good this hotel was. I was greeted by courteous knowledgeable staff to check me in very quickly. I expected to be alone, and my son accompanied me and within minutes, I had a roll out bad delivered to my room, the amenities were thoroughly explained. The gym was very well stocked, and the breakfast was very good. There was fresh coffee 24/7 along with complementary cookies later on the room was impeccable. "I was not told until I checked in and paid that there was no elevator and I had to lug my stuff up 2 fights of stairs. I am physically able but at times travel with older folks who would not be able to do that. I got there late and the vending machine on 2nd floor did not work to get drinks. I told the desk next day. Breakfast was fresh and food area very clean. Maybe a few food items for those who arrive late to buy would be good. "

"Housekeepers were way too loud in the morning at 8am. There were 2 talking loudly in the hall that woke us up. Some people like to sleep in!! We also had no soap in the shower. The pump bottle was empty."
