This beautiful townhouse condominium has just undergone a complete designer remodel. The remodel features limestone floors and bathroom tile as well as granite countertops in the kitchen and all bathrooms. There are all new state of the art appliances in the kitchen as well as custom framed art and Tommy Bahama and designer selected furniture throughout. Large screen 52-inch HD TV's with blu-ray DVD players and surround sound can be found in the living room and master bedroom along with a 42-inch HD television in the second bedroom.This unit has air-conditioning throughout the condo.

Your condominium will be supplied with beach towels. It will not however be stocked with beach equipment. Too often items break or go missing and it is not feasible to track and replace the items. Sullivan Properties, Inc firmly believes in recycling & lowering the carbon footprint we leave on this planet! If items are purchased or acquired by guests and are still in good condition, we are happy to leave them in the unit for others to enjoy. If they are extremely dirty or broken, we must toss them out. There are places nearby that rent beach amenities – your property might also have an onsite rental shack. Most of the rental places nearby offer daily or weekly rates. Please note, we are not endorsing these companies simply providing the more popular options in the area : Snorkel Bobs in the Kahana Gateway Center, Boss Frogs in the Napili Plaza and Boss Frogs in Kahana Manor.
