"Our stay at Napili Shores was wonderful! We actually stayed in a different unit than we booked because the AC failed in the original unit. The failure happened shortly before our trip was set to begin, so we were incredibly grateful the host communicated the issue up front and offered us a different room on the same property for the same dates.Throughout the process, the host and her staff were open, responsive, kind and ensured we were comfortable. "Room was clean and comfortable. Kitchen could use a few more items to make it feel more like home: stemless wine glasses (or white wine glasses with stems), dish rack or mat for hand washed dishes, chip clips (or even a few clothes pins), and the refrigerator may need service. It runs constantly but items aren’t very cold. "

"Thank goodness for the AC in the bedroom, because it is humid in May! We loved our stay here, even though we weren’t at the condo very much. You do hear the people above you, but for the most part it’s quite! The turtles at the lava rock beach are the icing on the cake!"
