Main level has two of the four bedrooms with a King and Queen, full bathroom, living room, good size dining and kitchen...a wonderful open floor plan that makes it great for visiting. French doors into the living room can close for privacy.

Upstairs- 4th bedroom has a Queen and a twin. The master suite has a pillow-top KING bed. Upstairs has 2nd full bath with private water closet, a 2nd family room/lounge or home office area with flat screen TV and Sofa Bed ...almost like another home upstairs.

Private patio with lounge area with fire-pit & hot tub Another patio with grill and dining table and chairs, make it very easy to unwind after a full day of wine-tasting. It is crucial that respect be shown to neighbors at all times and must adhere to City ordinance of quiet after 9 p.m. weeknights and 10 p.m. Friday and Saturday night.
