This 40 acre estate's uniqueness and congenial grandeur make it a perfect place to have a truly Napa Valley/Wine Country experience. The home is in a perfect location to spend quality time with family and friends and enjoy all that the wine country has to offer.

Napa has beautiful weather almost all year long. Enjoy the pool, 40 acres, chickens, vegetable garden, wonderful weather and stunning scenery.

The residence includes a graceful foyer, formal living room, dining room with lovely library with a family room and kitchen opening with fold-open doors to the amazing back yard and views.

A master suite and 2 additional bedrooms each with its own bathroom are on the second level. All rooms have stunning floor to ceiling windows that bring the outdoors inside and make the entire home feel alive with the Napa Valley! A separate pavilion (50 feet from main house) offers the 4th bedroom with an updated bathroom including tub for 2, views and French doors to a porch.

The grounds offer a custom 60 foot pool with a hot tub overlooking the meadow, vineyard, new olive orchard and views, covered outdoor entertaining areas and a lovely grassy area. The pool is heated June 15-Oct 1 with solar. Pool heating outside of this time is available for the cost of the propane. The wood fired pizza oven and BBQ will keep you busy cooking and celebrating life with your Napa wines!

The residence is located on the mountain between Napa and Sonoma. The home is 7 miles up a very curvy road from Highway 29 and 9 miles from the Silverado trail. You are a 15 minute drive from HWY 29 and the best of Napa's wineries, restaurants and activities. The famous Hess Winery is 2 miles from the house and just across the street is one of our favorite Mount Veeder wineries, The Yates Family Vineyard.

The road is curvy and 15 minutes long, but also provides one of the more secluded and most special and beautiful locations in the Valley.

A private chef, masseuse and personal trainer can be arranged for all or any part of your special visit at an extra cost.
