"I loved the resort very attentive and the room clean big and airy, several clean towels always available and a large deck facing the sea, could live there without a shadow of a doubt perfect place ... "We are avid Cape visitors. For years we've been trying to find that one hotel that exceeds our expectations. And each year, we are disappointed for one reason or another. Not this year! Pelham House is not only beautiful but the grounds were wonderfully maintained and the room was pristine. Waking up in a comfortable bed, able to brew a hot cup of coffee and walk just 15 feet to the private beach was incredibly peaceful, which for us work horses, we desperately need. The room was clean. The flowers were everywhere , it’s so apparent that the property owners take such pride in this beautiful property. The place was spotless when we walked in the door. "This was the perfect location for a quick, last minute, weekend getaway on the cape with great access to a private beach and pools. The staff were very helpful and the check-in process was a breeze. Would definitely stay here again."
