Please Note:
The large grassy area behind the house, adjacent to a natural wetland, is currently undergoing restoration work, and is temporarily unavailable for use. The expansive deck remains fully accessible and provides ample space for outdoor enjoyment. The front of the home and driveway are unaffected. Additionally, the property is surrounded by conservation land and a nearby nature path, offering a beautiful setting with plenty of greenery to enjoy.

Nantucket is a scenic and wonderful island, and it is our hope it offers you the same it offers us, a chance to connect with family, friends, and nature.
