Our wonderful oceanfront home features sweeping views across the moors to the Atlantic from all the bedrooms and living spaces.

This unique, "upside-down" designed house has four bedrooms and five and a half bathrooms across three floors.
Each level offers a deck, porch or patio to enjoy the ocean air, views, and surrounding gardens. Steps and a boardwalk provide easy, private access to the dunes and ocean beyond. This private oceanfront retreat is the perfect spot to spend your summers and enjoy the beauty of the island.

Enter the first floor from the covered porch into a spacious foyer; there are three guest rooms including 2 en suite rooms on this floor, as well as a comfortable study and a full laundry room. The floor's Primary Bedroom has a 180 degree views of the beach an an en suite bath. The other two bedrooms on the floor include a queen (with en suite bath) and a twin room, each with access to first floor decks boasting stunning views of the ocean.

On the second floor find our light and bright open living kitchen and dining area - access the deck from both the living room and dining area (perfect for enjoying the beautiful views with a cup of coffee or for fresh air during a meal). The kitchen cabinets have been refinished and topped with new wooden counter tops. There is a half bath located in the hallway that leads you to the second floor's primary bedroom, which has a private deck and large closet. The second floor's en suite primary bath offers double vanity sinks and large shower with two shower heads, as well as the oversized shower which has pond views and distant Sankaty Light views.

The finished lower level features a wine cellar, full bath and media room with access to a private patio area and outdoor shower (the media room includes a bar area with wine fridge and ice maker).
