Can't wait to stay again

This was one of my best experiences with a VRBO! Location was so good to the town, clean, and spacious. Great for two couples or four adults. Quick communication when needed as well! Recommend x10!

Great Stay in Nantucket!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was a great location- easily walkable to downtown Nantucket. The property was clean and well decorated. We could have used more towels and the dryer was very slow to dry towels when we washed them. But very minor in terms of a great rental!

Fabulous Home and Spot

Run, don’t walk, to book this property! The location is fabulous for walking to Main Street. It’s beautifully furnished and comfortable. We were talking about coming back after the first night. Highly recommend!

Beautiful and luxurious, fully equipped with everything you need to relax and enjoy. Steps from the beaches and close to town, this property was everything my family needed for a few days away from the real world.

Amazing rental!

Loving the master suite! We get VRBO’s multiple times/year on island when we come to work in our store and this one is a gem. 8-10 minute walk from Old South Wharf. Clean, decorated so cute and we felt so at home! The flowers post Daffy were so nice!

Everything else we read about this place was true. The heat on first floor didn’t work initially but the caretaker was on it quickly to get the heat restored. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Great accommodations!

This was the perfect place for the Christmas Stroll! Everything was perfect with the house and Theresa was perfect as a host. We will be returning!

Not a comfortable stay

We checked in on Mon Aug 19. The shower drain in the downstairs bathroom is was clogged and there was water stagnant during the shower. I called the maintenance crew to look into it and they were unable to resolve the issue. They said it was bigger problem and needed to come back the next day with more equipment. On the same afternoon key got stuck in the key hole, and we were unable to pull it out, which meant we could not lock the door. Maintenance crew came in the night and was not able to remove the key, and said it would take longer to fix. I wasn’t not comfortable leaving my daughter and her friend alone in the home without locking the door. I had to carry a screwdriver around to open the door with. The owner suggested dealing with tradespeople the next day to fix the issues but I had work meetings and could not be at home to have them. Tuesday the shower was clogged and water was not draining. We could not take a shower as the water was stagnant. The home owner did not respond to my text or show concern for the inconvenience. It was a short trip and overall a very bad experience. We have revered many VRBO’s and have always had amazing experiences this one in particular was not good.

LOVELY PROPERTY & EXPERIENCE

Our family had a delightful time and the location was perfect, easy to get everywhere on the island:) My only minor disappoints were marketing it as a "Luxurious Harbor View " when there were no views from the house of anything, very small patio for dining outside, no lights on patio and says it sleeps 6, it was tight for 5. 4 is the ideal number for the cottage:)

Grandma, Daughter & Granddaughter

It was as beautiful as the listing photos. Location was very convenient although we did Uber everywhere due to bad knees. Well appointed - beautifully decorated and very clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend and would love to come back!

5 Stars - Excellent Stay! We recently stayed at the luxurious "Cynthia" cottage in Nantucket and it was an unforgettable experience. The cottage is ideally located, allowing us to walk and bike to everything. The stunning views and proximity to the harbor added to the charm of our stay. From the moment we stepped inside, we were greeted by a beautifully designed and well-appointed interior. The kitchen, with its modern appliances and stylish decor, was a delight to use. The bedrooms were equally impressive, offering a cozy and comfortable retreat. The vibrant flowers and the charming American flag added a welcoming touch that made us feel right at home. The attention to detail in both the interior and exterior design truly sets this property apart. Overall, our stay at the "Cynthia" cottage exceeded our expectations. The combination of its perfect location, luxurious amenities, and beautiful aesthetics made our trip to Nantucket truly special. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for an exceptional vacation experience.

Disappointment of listing description based on what the reality was at first sight.

Overall interior was lovely however the listing had erroneous descriptions such as Viking Stove, Bosch Dishwasher, Subzero Refrigerator (non working ice maker large bags of ice was provided which could not be used for drinks). Appliances were Jennair Very few Keurig Pods provided, very little laundry detergent was left for us to wash the towels. There were no heated marble floors. All floors were wood. Listing indicated that the house “Overlooks extraordinary distance views of Nantucket Harbor” you cannot see the Harbor or Water from this house. The Teak Dining patio was more like a small outdoor storage area with high fencing and no views of anything. Too small to sit at the table. Your photos of this patio show that the chairs are backed up to the house and fence with out room to sit at the table. The Private Privet area could not be accessed from the house unless you walked into the neighbors yard. We were not made aware that there was a large public parking lot adjacent to the property where cars continued to drive in and out all day and night. That was our primary view.
