Lovely 2-room apartment with terrace and garden in Nantes

Lovely modern two-room apartment, fully equipped with a large open-plan kitchen and a bright living room with French doors opening onto a wooden terrace and a small wooded garden (a small barbecue is available for use on sunny days). Between sunbathing and shade on the grass, my apartment offers a peaceful retreat in a quiet neighborhood, just four stops from the city center. The tram is a three-minute walk away. Important: A black cat named Ney lives in the apartment and garden! He is independent thanks to his cat flap and automatic food dispenser (and he does his business outside). He is very hypoallergenic. He will give you cuddles and purrs (if you put him in that mood, otherwise he will leave you alone). The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people, or a couple (bedroom with double bed) and 1 or 2 other travelers and even children (sofa bed) who will be happy to play in the garden or with the cat.
