🛏️ The flat can sleep up to 4 people, with one bedroom featuring a King-Size double bed and the other two single beds – by informing us before your arrival, we can transform the two beds into a King-size bed with a mattress topper so that there is no space between the two beds. Premium-quality bedding and linens provided.

⚠️ Please note that the accommodation has many stairs and that the bathtub-shower requires stepping over the edge. It is therefore not recommended for people with reduced mobility.

Please note: cleaning fees are to be paid as an additional charge after the booking. They amount to €80 for any stay of more than 3 nights, and €50 for stays of 3 nights or less.



If you would like to do the cleaning yourself, cleaning products and equipment are provided. Household linen, including sheets and towels, is included in the price for the number of people stated in the booking.



Decibel monitors are installed inside to help ensure quiet is respected. These devices do not record any conversations and only measure noise levels.
