"Absolutely beautiful. I have never stayed in a static caravan before but this was the best experience for a first timer. The facilities were spot on and the hot tub was an added bonus and throughly enjoyed by the children. The only downside was that the toilet seat was very loose and shifted when sitting on it. It was a minor problem and didn’t really affect our stay. "

"Our 3rd time, cozy, well equiped small old cottage, seconds walk from to the sea front, a couple minutes from the nice Seagrass cafe. Ten minute walk up the road next to the river to the Chip shop, Chinese or Curry house which does very good indian food been 3 times. Walk up past the lights a few more minutes to a decent co,op or a bit futher and over the bridge to a old dog friendly pub with beer garden next to the river, nice few pints there lol oh and plenty free parking near the cottage plus...

"Very well equipped cabin, probably the best position in the resort. Only addition I would have liked the option of purchasing a welcome tray as quite remote if you arrive late and tired, no 24 hour supermarket down the road, but once you are organised the cabin has everything you need for cooking"

"We booked very last minute and Karen couldn’t have been more helpful! We needed a base near Snowdon and this is a 15 minute drive away. The site itself is just what you’d hope : a bar ( Friday night was bingo!), a lovely river, the grounds beautifully kept and a well stocked shop with all sorts from loo roll to jewellery! The chalet was spotless, very well equipped and incredibly comfortable, with lovely touches that help to create that home from home feel. Parking was easy in September, we were...

"Such a beautiful and spacious home, we felt it had all we needed and much more, lots of space for our 4 families to get togethe. Well set out and excellent space for everyone to be able to eat, cook and play together with everything that we needed. "We had the most amazing stay and couldn’t have asked for anything more. Gorgeous house, setting and location and there is nothing we can say was negative. "We were surprised that we had to pay extra for heat in the property by purchasing heat credit. The property had a horrible Mildeu smell, which was present even with the windows open.
