"Had a great time exploring with mountain bike ride and bush walks not far away. The cottage was a cosy home away from home lots of birds in the front garden ,well equipped kitchen although we didn't cook much and comfortable bed . Owners were very good with communicating and sorted out early check-in. Would highly recommend a 15 /20 minute walk to winetree cider ( take a torch to walk home in winter)"

"We are a young family of 4 from Perth. The house was clean, spacious, extremely family friendly and well equipped with everything you need for a perfect family getaway. It has 4 bedrooms and a big gated backyard. It could easily and comfortably accomodate 2 families. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Magnolia Cottage and would love to come back to visit again."

"House really worked for us. The kids room and sand pit outside helped alot. As my 4yr old had something to play with and did not try to destroy the rest of house. Kitchen was well equipped, house in a great location, and still quiet surroundings. Will definitely stay again. Hopefully next time there wiĺl be some wood for the wood heater, on cold nights with family, its nicer to be around a wood heater then a/c in kitchen. ."

"Lovely relaxed environment for our extended family to come and stay- has been a bit confused about sleeps 10 and configuration but ad saying 3 bedrooms. Front open room (an adapted lounge room with trundles allowed) sleepers (albeit a room without a door) was great for us to enjoy all the spaces particularly the back deck and kayaks . Close enough for us to all come (and go) from Perth. Thank you!"

"Great little spot. Right on the rivers edge. Nice and quiet. Heaps of bird life. Pelicans, black swans swimming up to our back yard. You can fish and crab right from the property. Canoe up the river. We hired a pontoon and spent a day cruising the river and canals. Everything we needed was provided at the house. Our dog absolutely loved exploring the garden and the neighbours were super friendly. Highly recommend 😁"
