"Difficult check in and very poor communication when I needed help. The couches were stained and not enough toilet paper was provided. One of the bidets did not work all together. Someone entered our room while we were out and left 2 large laundry bags on the floor. Hotel reached out and stated we left the bags behind when it wasn’t ours. This was pretty concerning as we don’t know who entered our room."

"Because it is not a hotel, the service wasn’t great. But the size and amenities in it were excellent enough to compensate for the lack of service. If you’re traveling with a family or friends, it is a great deal much more than a hotel because of its size and and amenities and ocean views. I would say it’s about 1700 sf for us. Highly recommend."

"This apartment was amazing. Really with spacious with great amenities and the washing machine with detergent was really appreciated. Being able to leave luggage the next day was very useful and don’t sleep on the rooftop cafe/pool. On our last day we were wandering around moaning at the lack of options to watch the sunset when I suddenly remembered the button for rooftop pool in the elevator. It was fab!"

"Large condo style. View of the water between buildings. Everything is new and automated. Would stay here again in the Osiria Waterfront area. Lottery mall and lots of goodcrestaurants nothing walking distance. boardwalk and small clean beach 6 min walk."

"This was a great place to stay and the location is amazing with the beach across the street. There are lots of restaurants and cafes in the area including an amazing salt bread shop. Our host was great and sent detailed instructions for the check in. The property was beautiful, modern and very clean, with a comfortable bed."
