Experience the best of Nampa in our comfortable and pet-friendly family home! Spend the day at Lake Lowell or exploring nearby Sunnyslope wineries, then unwind in the cozy living room and fireplace. The fully stocked kitchen is great for meals in, and the spacious primary suite with a king bed includes a smart TV for your enjoyment. Please note: the fenced backyard is undergoing renovations, an extended patio area has been installed and grass is on the way.

We want you to enjoy your stay so we won't bother you on your vacation but we are available if you need us. We will communicate regarding visits for lawn maintenance or if there are any other details you need to be aware of. We encourage you to reach out if there is something that would make your stay more comfortable and we will do our best to accommodate.

Our home is equipped with a smartlock at the front door to allow for easy entry and security. Completely close the door and press the lock button to lock the door when leaving.

• Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and towels provided—just like a boutique hotel.

Laundry Room
• Full-size washer and dryer available for guest use.
• Cabinets stocked with laundry supplies, plus laundry baskets for convenience.

Garage
• Note: Locked supply cabinet used by staff for restocking during turnovers.

Backyard
• Please note: the fenced backyard is not currently landscaped and is not intended for guest use while improvements are underway. Beginning early September, we will start the process of growing in a newly sodded backyard. While dogs are welcome at the home, we kindly ask that they remain off the back lawn during your stay so the grass can establish properly. The yard will be ready for full use by early October, we appreciate your help in keeping it healthy for future guests.

• Parking is convenient with 2 spaces available in the driveway and street parking in front at no additional cost.

We are committed to staying up-to-date with short-term rental regulations. If booking outside the Airbnb platform, you will be asked to complete a 3rd party independent verification and verify your details to complete your booking.
