Guesthouses em Nam Hoa Lu, 18

"I found the room to be very dirty. The bathroom had black mold, the sink area needed to be cleaned, there were a lot of cobwebs and a spider on the ceiling, then really questionable streaks / stains on the sheets. I could not sleep comfortably the first night, I booked a tour the next day, so I packed my bags so I could leave that day even though I paid for 2 nights. So thats what I did, I moved to another hotel down the street and cut my losses. They can book tours and transportation if you...

"Really sweet family, full of hospitality, wants the very best for their guests. Cozy rooms, the beds were a little hard though, but clean and tidy. The location is in a motorbike-bicycle distance from all the many attractions in the beautiful area. "

"The views are incredible and so are the staff. They were extremely helpful and wanted to make sure we were taken care of. They provided free bikes so we were able to ride around the local area which was a wonderful way to spend the afternoon after doing the boat tour. There’s tons of bars and restaurants a few minutes down the road. The town proper was a bit of a bike ride but definitely manageable and the ride itself is beautiful so no complaints about that. The boat tour is about a 13-15...

"We had a fantastic 5-night stay. The private pool was awesome, the place was spotless, and the staff were so friendly and welcoming. They even prepared an early takeaway breakfast for us on our last day because we had an early departure, which was a lovely touch. The retreat was quiet and relaxing, while still being close to both Tam Coc and the Old Town. We’d definitely stay here again! 😊"

"Love this place. Perfect location for ninh binh trip."

"Très bonne expérience. Le personnel est tout simplement adorable. Les chambres sont propre et la literie est bien. La piscine est un plus dans cette chaleur, très propre et agréable. Situé à seulement 5 min en taxi du parking du parcours en bateau, c’est idéal. Plein de restaurant à côté, tous aussi bon et très locaux. "

"Very good stay"

"The family that runs this homestay is very warm and friendly. The room was big (surprising for Vietnam!), modern and clean. The best part for us was the view. The limestone mountains and the river we could see out our windows and door were just so picturesque. The location is away from the main homestay areas (although very close to Hoa Lu and the Trang An Boat Ride entrance) as well as any shops. They have a decent food offering, we found it useful to supplement with eating in town and bringing...

"The location is in the middle of nowhere so unless you are willing to venture out to really see country life, might be best to book closer to more activity. We thought this location would’ve been considered more of a B&B but their chef was on vacation when we were there and the only thing available to eat/drink would be ramen and beverages that you can purchase from the lobby. Both members of staff were very nice, but there was one morning when we were leaving, and one of the staff members saw...

"Anh and the ninh binh palm homestay provided us with one of our most memorable stays in vietnam. Anh is fluent in english and more than willing to provide assistance in booking further transport or suggesting activities in the surrounding areas. We were able to hire a scooter from the homestay for a very fair price which helped us greatly. The room was very clean, the bathroom was perfect with high pressure hot water in the shower. I cant recommended this place highly enough and I am sure we...
