This 70 m² holiday apartment on the 3rd floor features a living area, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms, and a bathroom, comfortably accommodating 5 guests. Amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, TV, and a safe. A cot and high chair are available upon request.



From the apartment’s balcony, enjoy breakfast together with impressive views of the mountains and the rooftops of Nals. The shared outdoor area offers a well-kept garden for relaxation. Refresh yourselves in the natural swimming pool with pond area, children’s section, and Kneipp area (chlorine-free), or unwind on the spacious wooden terrace on a comfortable lounger with mountain views.



The Etschtal/Valle dell’Adige region offers many hiking areas, and the Meran 2000 ski area is just 18 minutes (18 km) away by car. Several restaurants, a bar, and a café are just a short walk from the apartment. The nearest supermarket and a bakery are only 28 m away. Bolzano can be reached by car in 18 minutes (17 km).



Parking with e-charging stations is available on the property. The accommodation is suitable for 2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults and 1 child. Pets are not allowed. The pool is open seasonally from late April to early October. Bicycles can be provided.
