"Suprising. We were upgraded to a suite due to our Expedia status, which was a superb start. Then the food menu for supper and the included breakfast was surprisingly extensive and the dishes I had were very, very tasty. And live background music in the evening meal time. All of the staff worked hard to please and this hotel is managed well, especially considering it is not in a major city."

"The Naini Retreat was fantastic! The property sits high on the mountain, offering beautiful views. The staff were exceptional: friendly and helpful. The restaurant staff were very willing to address my dietary restrictions and provide some incredible food. I also used the spa, and it was a perfect way to relax after a long day of sightseeing. The rooms are comfortable and quiet. The hotel provides courtesy shuttles down to the market, which is greatly appreciated. They also have a daily high...
