"If you want to have the worst vacation of your life, this place is for you! I stayed 3 days in the colonial house (the best one in the hotel) and there was no water in any of the 3 days! I complained a lot and they always told me "it will come back in 5 minutes" and it never came back. I asked to be sent to another room, but that didn't happen. After complaining a lot, they moved me to a room and guess what? The room was flooded, obviously I refused the transfer, the room was impossible to enter, it was flooded. In the end I had to stay in the colonial house for 3 days without water, with dirty dishes, the plugs didn't work well either. In short, a horrible experience. They refused to refund me, I asked to speak to the superior, who was not there and did not answer my calls or messages, chaos."

"O hotel é para um público que curte uma baladinha, música o tempo todo, galera jovem, muitos drinks e muito surfe! O quarto é confortável, chuveiro bom, a cama muito mole, fornecem toalha para praia que pode ser trocada diariamente! O café da manhã no final de semana foi excelente, ovos mexidos ou omelete feito na hora, com buffet self service! Na segunda-feira foi a la carte, o que prejudica um pouco a liberdade de se servir do que quiser a hora que quiser, fica limitado! E o hotel está em reforma na área dos quartos e não foi informado durante a reserva, acredito que deva durar alguns meses inclusive! "
