"First thing is there is a roach on the floor, one time its raining where going to the pier cause my ship is there so were trying to borrow UMBRELLA and the staff there they wont borrow us. Its kinda annoying, common its just a umbrella we will put it back! Last thing breakfast is we order and i request for delivery in the room but they have to charge you service fee! Omg"
