The detached house sits on a private 1,200 sq. m. plot and offers a garden with natural shade from a large, beautiful stone pine tree. It also has palm trees by the sea and direct access to the beach — literally just a few steps from the veranda.
The veranda faces the sea, with a pergola, wooden sun loungers, and outdoor seating under the shade of the palm trees, ideal for midday snacks, peaceful dinners, and beautiful sunsets.
