Our villas boast discreet luxury, equipped with state-of-the-art spa facilities, modern home appliances, and absolute privacy. With stunning sea views, direct access to the beach, and an atmosphere of absolute silence, Spa Villas Nafpaktos is designed to provide an unparalleled experience.

Perched just 10 meters from the sea, under the shade of plane trees and palm trees, our charming and spacious 150 sq.m. villa features a bright living room facing south. This two-story luxury villa comprises three bedrooms and two bathrooms, accommodating up to eight people. The combination of tall wood and iron ceilings, along with large glass doors, offers breathtaking views of the sea, the Rio-Antirrio bridge, and the Peloponnesian mountains.

Our brand-new property adheres to the highest standards of house construction, seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor living. The ground floor welcomes you with a beautiful living room featuring a fireplace and a 65” television, a sauna, and an open-plan kitchen equipped with top-notch built-in electrical devices. Two bedrooms with queen-size beds and 32” TVs, along with a spacious bathroom, complete the ground floor.

On the second floor (attic), a 50 sq.m. master bedroom awaits, boasting an extra king-size bed (200×200), a bathroom with two sinks, a shower, a bathtub, and a dedicated multimedia workspace. Two ceiling windows showering light into the space.

Location: Palaiopanagia, a coastal area in Nafpaktos, sits 2 km away from the town, 2 meters above sea level, at latitude 38°22’45”N and longitude 21°48’32”E. This seaside suburb, within walking distance from Nafpaktos, is known for its popularity among residents who engage in activities like walking, running, cycling, and bathing, all while enjoying stunning views of the Rio-Antirrio bridge and the Peloponnesian mountains.
