• Second floor: 1 bedroom (Bedroom 3) with its own private ensuite bathroom with shower and WC, plus access to the rooftop splash pool terrace and outdoor dining area.
• Standard staircases with handrails connect all floors.

Guest access
You will have completely private use of this 3-bedroom house and all its outdoor areas/facilities. You will NOT share any parts of the house, the attached private pool or the outdoor spaces with anyone outside your group. The property is accessed from a private entrance on a normal paved village road.

Other things to note
Children must be supervised at all times throughout the property, especially on the roof terrace and around the raised rooftop splash pool. Children must never be left unattended due to the risk of falls from the pool surround to the terrace, as well as the usual dangers associated with swimming pools.

IMPORTANT: TOURIST ECO-TAX UPDATE (JULY 2026)

Please note that the Government of Malta has increased the mandatory Environmental Contribution (Eco-Tourist Tax) for all stays starting on or after July 1, 2026.

New Rate: €1.50 per adult (18+) per night
New Cap: Maximum €22.50 per adult per stay

For bookings made prior to July 1, 2026, for stays occurring on or after this date, the system may not automatically apply the updated government rate at the time of booking. In such cases, any difference between the previous rate (€0.50) and the new legal rate (€1.50) must be settled separately before or upon arrival.

By confirming your reservation, you acknowledge that the applicable tax is determined by the rate in effect during your stay, regardless of the booking date.
