"Tivemos problemas já na chegada: nos deram um quarto para deficientes, apesar de não ser essa a reserva, obrigando a trocar de quarto. No outro o telefone não funcionava e não vier consertar apesar de solicitado. Pedimos 4 travesseiros e nos deram apenas dois alegando que não havia mais no hotel! Incrível. No quarto o blackout é ruim e deixa muito a desejar. O pior, foi valett, onde a espera nossa de todos os demais hóspedes foi de mais de uma hora, sem exagero. Tudo isso não condiz com uma...

"Clean, comfortable, room had everything needed, microwave, coffee, safe, blow dryer etc. The water pressure was great. Bathroom had a low light that was great as a nightlight. Sitting area was perfect for the guest who just wasn't ready to retire before everyone else and both tv's swiveled for better viewing. Continental breakfast was great with plenty to choose from. Didn't get to check them out but had a gym and pool as well. Valet was perfect for trip to Casino with hours until from 4PM...

"Rooms look dated and small, with a mirror that feels a bit creepy (seems like those one sided mirrors). Bathroom is ok. Price is a bit high for what it serves when you compare it to other hotels - since it was only for one night, is ok, but I would not recommend for longer stays."
