"Check-in took more than an hrs. Electronic check-in didn't work. Signage to get around casinos is HORRIBLE with few ppl around to ask directions from. Not everyone wants to spend time on their app trying to figure out ur systems."

"You need to clean up your parking lot . It’s dirty and it stinks. That’s why I give a 4 star on condition of the property. Your staff need to be trained more with customer service. Some of them looks serious and don’t have welcoming personalities "

"The resort is large, and very beautiful. There are loads of restaurant choices, from Subway and pizza to upscale restaurants by famous chefs. We ate dinner at Hell's Kitchen, and it was fantastic. We had lunch at Martha Stewart's Bedford, and it was quite good. The spa is lovely, the pool and hot tubs were sooo relaxing, and Lisa, my masseuse was wonderful. I was there with my sisters, we had adjoining rooms, and we had a fantastic time!"

"This place was easy find, right off the highway. Check in process was a breeze. Staff was very accommodating. My boyfriend bought a few beers from the desk. Rooms were clean. We were going to a concert at Mohegan sun. 15 minute drive to the casino. I did not eat breakfast because I was hungry over, but my boyfriend, brother and SIL did

He had sausage, homefries and eggs. Good price for a clean hotel
Will stay here again if in town."

"Ideal location and well stocked apartment. The host was so responsive and welcoming. When we arrived the first evening the apartment had a strong smoke smell and we alerted the host who offered to have someone come by the next day to freshen. We declined and tried to air it out by opening windows and lighting a candle but our clothes/bags smelled like smoke when we got home and everything went into the laundry immediately.
