Inside, you`ll find a bright, stylish space with a cool beach and surf theme. Unwind in the living area, stream your favorite shows on the large TV, or set the mood with the Sonos Bluetooth sound system. The sliding glass door opens onto your private balcony.

The high-end kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, ready for you to prepare anything from a quick breakfast to a gourmet dinner. The serene bedroom features a comfortable queen bed, ensuring a restful night`s sleep. For those mixing work and pleasure, a dedicated workspace is also available.

Traveling with a little one? We provide a highchair, single stroller, pack `n` play, baby bath, and baby utensils to make your stay easier. A stacked washer and dryer are also conveniently located within the unit.

### Guest Access

Your private entrance is located at the back of the home. Head up the stairs from the shared deck to access your completely separate and private apartment.

You are welcome to enjoy the shared backyard, which features a large deck complete with a gas grill, dining tables, and comfortable seating areas—perfect for enjoying a meal outdoors or relaxing in the fresh air.

Free and convenient street parking is available right outside. From here, you`re perfectly positioned to easily walk or drive to the charming shops, restaurants, and attractions of Historic Downtown Mystic.

The apartment can be accessed via the back of the home off of the shared deck. Once inside there is a full set of private stairs up to the apartment. The apartment is completely closed off from the main house.
