The level of detail was above and beyond from soft Christmas music playing in our room when we entered, the stockings hanging on the fireplace to the candles and little matches around the jacuzzi. Spoke to the clerk as I was returning my swipe guard and she says yes. The rooms are cold. Her herself had a coat on in the office."
