"We had an amazing time,the surroundings are just incredible,so beautiful and peaceful.My family really enjoyed the barn and we played board games,lit a fire which was fabulous.The option to BBQ also.We had such fun.Our huts were just gorgeous,everything was spotlessly clean,the bed was so comfortable and the bedding was to a very high standard.We took a stroll through the meadow and had a turn in the paddle boat on the the water on the grounds,so much fun.The hosts really take great care of this...

"We had a wonderful stay at Matty’s Pub! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The pub had a warm, authentic Irish atmosphere, and everyone made us feel so welcome. The location was perfect for exploring the area, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!"

"The only thing we can complain about is that we couldn’t stay forever with Cathy! The place is much better than expected (really, much better). Super well equipped, comfortable, clean, and with marvelous decoration. The area where the house is located is absolutely stunning. "Fantastic hotel, amazing staff and location perfect. The small town of Leighlinbridge had many hidden gems! Food was great, both breakfast and the restaurant. Only small niggle was the tired bedroom and en suite, which whilst perfectly functional, could do with a refresh."

"Our Kilkea Castel stay was amazing. It was quite beautiful clean and very pleasant. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good. Also the activities room was great and the staff was very helpful there as well. The only thing that was a bit off putting was the smoking in the patio area while me and my children were sitting outside although I'm not sure non smoking areas are a thing in Ireland. "Das Zimmer war generell sauber, allerdings mangelt es an Kleinigkeiten die aber durchaus nicht unwichtig sind. Nachttischlampen und die Fernbedienung vom Ferseher fehlten komplett. Außerdem war der Schlauch der Duschbrause undicht. Das sollte nicht nur uns als Gästen sondern auch dem Personal beim saubermachen auffallen. "
