The Space:
Located in a delightful street in the centre of Myrtleford, this property boasts a large fully enclosed back yard featuring a deck and firepit to add to the ambience. It is directly opposite Swinburne Park and only a 5 minute walk to Cundy Park and a very short stroll to the Myrtleford Town Centre.

We love our pets and know you do too. Your pets are welcome at Lemon & Myrtle, however, you must disclose that they are staying by adding them to your booking and you must adhere to our pet policy and ensure that you take full responsibility for them at all times.

With 3 comfortable bedrooms configured of 2 queen beds and 2 singles, plus 2 bathrooms and a separate toilet, this home has everything you need for an easy, relaxed stay.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a 4 burner cooktop, oven, dishwasher, pod coffee machine, microwave, fridge/freezer and everything else you could possibly need.

The living room is delightful, perfect to curl up by the fire and read a book, look out the window and enjoy the views or chill out in front of the 55" smart tv. Free WiFi is also provided.

This property has a split system in all 3 bedrooms and a wood fire in the open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area. Please note that firewood is not provided but can be purchased at local service stations or local Foodworks and Coles supermarkets.

A portable travel cot is placed in the laundry.

This property is fitted with external security cameras for everyone's peace of mind.

Getting Around:
Whilst Lemon & Myrtle Cottage is centrally located and a short walk to town, we recommend a car for getting around to make the most of seeing our wonderful Alpine region.

Firewood is not included in the accommodation rates. You can purchase this from local supermarkets.
