"Good stay overall! First time staying here, Staff was friendly and made check in easy! Only thing they need are individual microwaves in the rooms! I don’t know if others come with one but ours did NOT & with little kids this was a bit inconvenient being on the 3rd flood having to gather them as well as food to go down to the main lobby to warm anything up!!"

"Great location easy access to restaurants and the beach…beds are comfortable but bring your own pillow the ones in the room are terribly flat and very uncomfortable…Everything else was very good .. We enjoyed our stay"

"This is a recenty renovated hotel. Basically brand new! Check was easy, staff in particular in the dinning room was very friendly. Pool area looked nice. Buffet breakfast was good. Our room was very clean upon check in. However the water saver shower head was drip, drip. Terrible!"

"The room was not oceanfront, we could see the ocean but we were not facing the ocean like the listing showed. We found a child’s sock in our washing machine from the previous tenants. The door is such a pain to open, which usually wouldn’t bother me, but this door got so stuck it was just annoying. There was very loud construction on the lazy river, which we weren’t aware of until 24 hours before our stay. We didn’t even use the pool area because the plumbing trucks took up the entire entrance...

"Actually I did not stay at the Patricia. They did not have a room for me. The host never sent me the room code for the apartment. The front desk would not help me since they were not the property manager. So, I will be asking for a refund plus the extra money that I had to spend for another hotel room."

"The property far exceeded my expectations"

"Room was dirty. Dust all over. Behind the bed was dirt below the bed was dirt. Behind drawer and night stand. When asked for a clean room we were told that the guy is not moving from his counter that we are asking to much. We left early due to this issue."

"Very happy with our stay. Friendly staff and the breakfast crew were awesome. We stayed one night. Located right across from Broadway on the Beach, it was easy to drive over and park next to The Ripley’s Aquarium. We went to the Paula Dean Restaurant that we do not recommend-mediocre food that was not worth the price. Good accommodations and reasonable price, definitely recommend the hotel."

"Though not the newest or most modern, the accessibility, parking and beach proximity was unbeatable. Loved the security for access to the bldg and rooms. We didn’t use the pools or hot tub but folks were usually there. Convenient parking and space to load/unload. Down on 21st so a little walk to busiest street shops etc but quite convenient to good seafood, Italian, burgers, breakfast etc on 23rd We liked it so much we extended 1 extra day. We even tried to book for the following bike...

"Wish there was daily housekeeping at this price point. Did not get clean towels every day."

"Easy to fine and the parking is right across the street. Room was very clean. The shower had great pressure and got really hot. The staff was very helpful, even let me check in an hour early. Easy access to the beach. Pool was great, couple of ants but that’s pair for the course. There is a “Starbucks” in the building. They can only make a couple of basic drinks with Starbucks coffee. However, there is a Starbucks on the first floor of the parking deck. I would definitely stay here again."

"The first room we were put in had broken AC. They knew and still put me in it. Then did Not wanna refund saying I didn't report it. I didn't need to they had a repair men coming in while I'm in there. Finally got a new room 2nd day in and a small refund last day. It took a lot of time from my mother daughter trip and ruined our vacation. The ocean access and pool area were awesome though. If your short and young looking be prepared to be asked your age for the hot tub."
